Case Study: Building a Stronger Utility Workforce

The Workforce Utilities Council set out to strengthen the utility workforce across an 11-county region in Upstate, SC and establish a new statewide career cluster focused on utilities. To achieve this, they turned to Hillstock Consulting for a strategic roadmap.
