In this session, we will explore ways to create space for growth; that is growing in our own leadership while growing others. Specifically, we will define leadership, identify those that we serve and their specific needs, discuss the differences between growth and fixed mindsets, and explain the concept of presence. This session will include an opportunity for personal application that encourages participants to practice recognizing their own state of presence and shifting.
